Travel Voucher Terms & Conditions

The Travel Voucher will be issued exclusively in the name of adult guests, i.e., individuals 18 years or older, as per Government-authorized identification proofs.

The voucher remains valid for one year from the actual travel date under this scheme.

A passport copy is required for issuance. If unavailable, a Government-authorized identity proof may be provided, ensuring the same name appears on the passport. The company will not be liable for any name discrepancies at the time of booking.

The Travel Voucher is redeemable for the amount excluding GST (₹1100/-).

It can be used only for land package arrangements and does not apply to airfares or transport-only bookings.

As per Government regulations, TCS applicable to land arrangements will be added to all international travel bookings. A PAN card copy of the traveler is mandatory.

The company will not be responsible for changes in Government travel policies, including those of India or the destination country, or modifications made by principal operators due to Covid-related situations or unforeseen natural obstacles.

COVID-related medical test expenses are not covered under this scheme; all medical costs and treatments will be the traveler's responsibility.

Visa charges are not included. Whether Visa on arrival or pre-arranged from India, the company only assists with visa processing, but the traveler must bear all related costs.

Medical and travel insurance are not covered. Travelers may obtain insurance separately, which is mandatory for most international travel under Covid regulations.

The Travel Voucher is non-transferable.

If the travel plan is canceled after issuance, the voucher becomes non-redeemable.
